2023 EXHIBITOR INFORMATION
In its 13th year, The Made in Ohio Art & Craft Festival features Ohio artisans, local food and all that Hale Farm & Village has to offer!
Our guests enjoy the art festival as well as the grounds, buildings and period craft demonstrations at Hale Farm & Village. Our attendance has reached over 14,000! Our vendors include jewelry artists, potters, woodworkers, glass artists, body product makers, quilters and a variety of unique crafters. This show highlights Ohio food and beverages as well as Hale Farm artisans demonstrating traditional crafts and trades.
This is a juried festival for Ohio artisans only. The festival is held on the grounds of Hale Farm & Village.
The jury fee is $20 (non-refundable) and each 10x10 space is $295. Food vendors are by invitation only.
Vendors, please read this entire page before applying.
If you meet the requirements, please complete the online application and submit the $20 nonrefundable jury fee. The jury committee will meet on March 1 and May 1 to select participants. Some categories such as jewelry and wood fill up quickly during the first jury. Vendors are required to be at the festival all 3 days, and must stay until 5 p.m. each day. If you are selected, you will receive the invoice within a week of jury selection to pay the balance of your booth fee. You will have 30 days from your acceptance to pay your booth fee. If it is not paid within the 30 days, we will offer your booth space to another vendor, and you will forfeit your booth space. There are no refunds of booth space.
Artist Fees
FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SUNDAY TOTAL Jury fee $20, Booth fee $295 per 10 x10 space
Outdoor 10 x 10 booth space
The artist is responsible for providing tent, tables, chairs for booth.
Electric is $100 extra. Please keep in mind that we have a VERY limited number of electrical spaces.
We do have limited indoor spaces available in the gatehouse at $295 per 10 x 10 space. Note: there are multiple admission locations, one is the gatehouse.
Set up will be from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday morning starting at 7 a.m. All booths must be set up by 9:30 a.m. on Friday. The show opens at 10 a.m.
Vendors may drive up to their booth space to load/unload. Vehicles are not permitted on the grounds during the festival.
Food vendors are by invitation only.
Selection
The jury committee will meet on March 1 and May 1 to review the applications. Applications will be screened according to originality, technique, craftsmanship, design and booth display. Additionally, we review submissions to assure a diverse selection of work. Notification of acceptance will be within a week after the jury meets.
We will try to honor requests for location of booth space but they cannot be guaranteed.
